Bardzo daleko latali także Matti Hautamaeki (139,5m), Georg Spaeth (140,5m), Thomas Morgenstern (140m), Janne Ahonen (141,5m), Tommy Ingebrigtsen (141,5m) oraz Akira Higashi (142m).
Warto odnotować bardzo wysoką formę Jakuba Jandy, który we wszystkich trzech dzisiejszych seriach lądował w okolicach 140m.
Przyzwoicie skakali nasi pozostali reprezentanci. Formę potwierdził Wojciech Skupień, uzyskując 120m, co dało mu 46 lokatę i miejsce w zawodach. O 4 metry bliżej wylądował Mateusz Rutkowski (52 miejsce), a 114,5m skoczył Robert Mateja i nie wystarczyło to, aby awansować do jutrzejszego konkursu.
Dobrym skokiem uratował swój honor Sven Hannawald, lądując na 128m i zapewniająć sobie kwalifikację na 26 miejscu.
